The Sidebar Filter Press design offers flexible and cost-effective filtration for small to medium operations. They are available with manual, semi-automatic, or fully automated control options for continuous operation. Materials of construction and protections can be customised, from standard materials to full stainless steel, clean room, or food-grade construction.

Technology Overview

Sidebar Filter Presses are supplied with a complete range of filter press accessories such as cloth washers, cake scrapers, drip trays, manifolds, and PLC control panels. Optional installation components include cake handling and conveying systems, air systems, pumping elements (sludge feeding, membrane squeezing and cloth washing) and sludge thickening & conditioning.

Plate sizes are available from 300 x 300 mm to 2500 x 2500 mm to suit various application capacities and filtration pressure ranges from 2 to 60 bar, allowing flexibility for different process requirements.

TEFSA filter presses have been used across in all industries including mining, chemical and petrochemical industry, food & pharmaceutical field, municipal and environmental applications.
